Providing eye care and eyewear has relatively low environmental impact.

At LensPro we keep looking for ways to conserve resources.

Often we find this is consistent with our aim of reducing cost - so we can continue to provide great value.

LensPro conserves resources in many ways

Encourages the re-use of optical frames by fitting new lenses into existing frames without charging a fitting fee.
With an optical lab in each store, use of couriers is less than most optical providers.
Internal correspondence is largely paperless and suppliers are likewise encouraged to communicate via email.
Office and lab equipment is powered-off when not in use. Store lighting is switched off when closed.
LensPro stores are smaller than most optical stores, requiring less material to construct and less electricity to run.
